GE Hungary is part of GE, one of the world’s largest suppliers of energy, transportation, healthcare, water and lighting solutions.
The park, which is 100-percent leased, is a modern distribution centre currently comprised of five buildings totaling152,000 square metres. It is approximately 18 kilometres southeast of the Budapest city centre and 17 kilometres west of itsinternational airport, providing access to the M5 and M0 motorways.

Prologis is the leading industrial real estate provider in Hungary with a portfolio totalling more than 534,000 square metres (as of 30 September 2014).
