We are delighted that Dr.Max has signed a long-term lease for 9,000 sqm of built-to-suit space at Prologis Park Bratislava, with its employees set to benefit from a facility tailored to their requirements and we will once again provide solutions that go beyond the four walls of a warehouse.
Dr.Max is a leading manufacturer and seller of a wide range of pharmaceutical products. The company’s high demands on quality, reliability and ethical standards of production make a modern logistics space vital for its future growth plans in Central Europe.
With this in mind, we offered the company a built-to-suit facility at building 16 at Prologis Park Bratislava, containing features to enhance sustainability and business efficiency. Cooling technology within the warehouses guarantees the correct environment for storage, a 10-meter clear ceiling height facilitates efficient warehouse processes, and LED lighting in the storage area promotes efficient energy use to protect the environment. Our PARKlife initiatives meanwhile promote employee engagement and healthy living – Prologis Park Bratislava even has its own football pitch.

The deal, facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield, comes with the possibility of expansion, giving us the potential to provide even more tailored space to Dr.Max in the future. The company will move to its new address in Q3 2021.
