We are members of the Otthon Centrum franchise, the largest real estate brokerage network in the country. Our office is specialized and mainly deals with development plots, commercial-logistics real estate, as well as the sale and rental of hotels and office buildings on a national level, in addition to the usual residential real estate. Currently, in addition to hotels and offices, our own portfolio includes more than 400 ha of GKSZ-GIP (economic, commercial, industrial) development area for sale, and 100 ha of new and used logistics and production warehouses for rent. Furthermore, of course, we can see the portfolio of our entire network. We don't just mediate for our partners, we also help connect them with the appropriate experts in the various processes required for the investment.
