Our company is looking for a new location close to the city center

Our company has outgrown its current warehouse, so we are forced to look for a new place for our products. If you know a warehouse for rent / sale that meets the following conditions, please indicate in a reply e-mail or describe the main features of the place. Our company deals with the warehousing of excisable products and the operation of their webshop, so there are a few criteria that are important to be realized in our future place. The area of the warehouse should be at least 200 sqm, and it is important that the goods are unobstructed. Since the use of a frog is essential for the receipt of goods, it is important that either the warehouse is level with the ground, or a ramp is built, or the building is secured with a freight elevator so that the work can proceed smoothly. Furthermore, the webshop is served directly from the warehouse, so it would be important to have parking inside or next to the building so that couriers can do their job easily and efficiently. It is important that couriers come and go several times a day, so we are definitely looking for a place where it does not affect / disrupt the daily work of others. It is also important that our company undertakes the delivery within 4 hours in Budapest and its agglomeration, so it cannot be very far from the center. If you know of a warehouse that can meet our needs, please indicate in the reply e-mail describing the most important parameters of the warehouse (eg what is included in the rental / operating cost, does the water block belong to the place, is it renovated, etc.).
