We know our customers need to deliver on their promises, so we work hard to deliver on ours. When cooperating on the build-to-suit at Prologis Park Prague-Airport in the Czech Republic for EYELEVEL, a global company that designs and produces branded shops, sustainability was a key consideration and top priority. From the outset, the facility was to be submitted for BREEAM accreditation and expectations were high for this. Ultimately, the building exceeded even these hopes: the overall approach taken during the construction process resulted in Building 3 earning the top BREEAM rating of ‘Outstanding’, making it only the third logistics facility in all of continental Europe to achieve this.
