Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced that it has fully leased a newly delivered 21,140 square metre speculative facility at Prologis Park Bratislava to a furniture wholesaler.
The international developer CTP launches a new mural art competition for illustrators, visual artists, painters and graphic designers – CTP Art Wall. For this project, CTP will provide enormous space – the walls of their own industrial buildings. In doing so, selected CTParks will create a unique outdoor art gallery. Besides the support during the realisation, CTP will also award two winners with a financial reward totalling CZK 200 000.
CTP continued its expansion in the Hungarian market through the acquisition of Rozália Park from Challenger, a 57,800 sq m logistics scheme directly adjacent the M1 to the west of Budapest.
CTP signed several new contracts in Hungary in the first quarter of 2017 reinforcing its position in the local market. The real estate developer present in Hungary since early 2016 now manages an industrial property portfolio of about 300,000 sqm.

Following its 2016 debut to the Hungarian market M7 Real Estate’s Central European Fund (“M7 CEREF”) has further increased its presence in Budapest. In March 2017 the 62,000 sq m Aerozone logistics centre near Ferenc Liszt Airport was acquired by the fund which is managed by M7 Real Estate. In what is a developing partnership, M7 Real Estate has again appointed CBRE as the property manager and leasing agent for Aerozone as it did at the previous transactions in 2016.
