Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2017, the building is already 100-percent pre-leased, just one month after the start of construction.

From a development perspective the market is experiencing a new turn, as a number of speculative projects were initiated again, which was not the case for many years, as since the economic downturn, developers were almost exclusively focusing on build to suit type of projects.
DVM group announced the appointment of Márkus Schüller to the position of Head of Project Management. Márkus has been responsible for leading the project management team of the Hungarian integrated building services provider since Autumn 2016. He joined DVM group in 2015 and is well acquainted with the company’s clients, colleagues and processes.
Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced it has started construction of a speculative facility totalling 9,200 square metres at Prologis Park Szczecin. The building is 60 percent pre-let to an international furniture company, which will occupy a total of 19,600 square metres in the park, including space in the new development. The building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2017.
