Just a few months after the handover of the first 21,000 m² industrial-logistical speculative hall of IGPark Kecskemét South, Infogroup has started the construction of a new building.

The new hall will be built on a build-to-suit basis and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. The 15 000 m² building is being developed for an international automotive supplier by Infogroup, known for its regional industrial developments.  
 
If all goes to plan, the company will simultaneously work on four industrial-logistics projects of 65 000 m² by the end of the year: besides IGPark Kecskemét South phase 2, Infogroup has an ongoing development of a JABIL warehouse building in Tiszaújváros, as well as plans to launch phase 2 in Miskolc and a brand new development in Debrecen.
