The build-to-suit hall was developed for international automotive supplier MOBIS by Infogroup, known for its regional industrial developments.

The company expects to start developing another building in its southern industrial park by the end of the year, while it is also building an 11,000 m² light industrial service hall in Miskolc, a 12,000 m² warehouse in Tiszaújváros and a 23,000 m² hall in Debrecen.

The main features of the warehouse are:

- Sustainable construction: adhering to the highest environmental standards, the warehouse and manufacturing building incorporates energy efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials, reducing its ecological footprint.
- Advanced technology: equipped with the latest assembly and warehousing technology, the facility ensures efficient operations.
